Terms and Conditons
1. Booking and Cancellation Policy

Customers must provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur a $50 cancellation fee.
2. Water and Electricity Usage

Customers must provide access to water and electricity for the duration of the detailing service.

If access to water and electricity is unavailable, the service may be rescheduled or canceled at the business's discretion.
3. Liability and Insurance

Upper Hutt Mobile Car Detailing is fully insured up to $1 million for any unforeseen incidents.

While all efforts are made to ensure no damage occurs during detailing, we will do our best to repair any damage caused by us. If necessary, we will cover the cost of professional repairs.

We are not liable for pre-existing damage or issues with the vehicle that may become apparent during the detailing process.
4. Pre- and Post-Service Documentation

Photos of the vehicle will be taken before and after each detail to document its condition.

These photos are compulsory and serve as proof of the vehicle's state before and after the service.
5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must remove personal belongings from the vehicle before the appointment.

Upper Hutt Mobile Car Detailing is not responsible for lost or misplaced items left in the vehicle.
6. Weather and Unforeseen Circumstances

In case of severe weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances, appointments may need to be rescheduled. Customers will be notified as soon as possible.
7. Agreement

By booking a service with Upper Hutt Mobile Car Detailing, the customer agrees to abide by the terms outlined in this policy document.
